Download weekend, in celebration of the 5K Zombie Run, begins tomorrow, the day of the run.
This weekend I am celebrating the 5K Zombie Run taking place in Largo, FL, with some free downloads of Kindle ebooks. I’m offering a free download of 1 episode from every book (3 in all) of The Cord Wheaton Saga. They are: Zombie Raid, episode 6 from book 1, Zombie Origins, (there are 7 episodes in all in the book), Spring Brain, episode 8 and the first one of book 2, Zombie Menace (there are 4 episodes in this book), and Run Zombie Run, episode 14 from book 3, Zombie State, my just released compilation of the last 5 episodes.
Book Signing and free giveaways
I will be at the 5K Zombie Run in Largo signing copies of all 3 books, giving away some freebies to go along with them, and available to chat about what’s coming next. If you’d like to get yourself into the story, that’s always a possibility. The series is based in Florida, and the hero, Cord Wheaton, is a detective in the St. Petersburg Police Department. Most of the locations are real. The roads are real (except for a few in north Florida), and some of the people are real, as they’ve given permission to be included in the book.

Another Event in Gulfport
I’ll also be in Gulfport, FL, on Friday 3/6, for the Art Walk. I’ll be there with authors Bria Burton, Grandpa Tic Rawghers, and John Rehg, selling books, chatting with passersby, and generally having a good time. If you can’t make it tomorrow, it would be great to see you Friday night.
